After 22 years as  the principal of Scoil An Spioraid Naoimh, Donat Leahy has retired. Donat worked in the school as  teacher for 21 years prior to taking on the role as principal. We thank him sincerely for his professionalism and dedicated service over the last four decades.  We had a wonderful celebration in the school yard on October 1st to mark the occasion. The pupils presented Mr. Leahy with their wonderful poems and cards and played music. Donat treated us to a wonderful rendition of "Isle of Hope Isle of Tears". We wish him a long and happy retirement.
