Letter from the Principal Bean Uí Mhaidín
Dear Parents/ Guardians,
As we near the end of our first term in the 2021-
We are continuing with the practices which have served the school so well to date. As before, only essential personnel will be permitted to enter the school grounds and building. We are requesting parents to ‘drop and go’ at the school gate to minimise congregation of people and to adhere to social distancing guidelines. We also request that all parents wear masks in the vicinity of the school building.
If your child has any new onset symptoms and feels unwell or seems off form, please do not send them to school and contact your GP for advice, if necessary:
• A temperature of 38 degrees Celsius or more
• A new cough
• Loss or changed sense of taste or smell
• Shortness of breath or an existing breathing condition that has become worse
• Fatigue
• Aches or pains
• A sore throat
• Headaches
• Diarrhoea
• Runny or stuffy nose
• Feeling sick or vomiting
If your child becomes sick while at school, we will contact you immediately.
I would like to take this opportunity to thanks all members of our school community-
Ar scáth a chéile a mhaireann na daoine,
Le meas,
Ciara Bean Uí Mhaidín
